If you have any questions or would like us to book your appointment, please call (630) 416-7526 during business hours. Same day appointments must be scheduled through our front desk.

A credit card is required to guarantee your appointment time.

Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in, update your client profile. Should you arrive late, be aware that your treatment time may be shortened to allow our therapist to be on time for his/her next appointment.

Cancellations
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged $25.00 cancellation fee.

Communicate with your Therapist
We are dedicated to providing you the highest quality treatments and service available. If you are pregnant or experiencing any other medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the receptionist at the time of booking and your therapist prior to your treatment.

Guests Under 18
All guests under 18 must have written permission to receive treatment from a parent or guardian. A parent may be requested to be in the treatment room during the service.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in treatment prices. Rewarding your therapist for excellent service is at your discretion and is greatly appreciated. Prices, hours, and services are subject to change and availability.
