Chakra Balancing concentrates on opening, aligning, and creating a flow of energy through your body and chakras. This can make a big difference in your perception of life and help you feel more grounded, and connected with self and spirit.

A Chakra is an energy center in the body. While we have many Charkas aligning our bodies, we have seven major Chakras or energy centers. These are often seen as wheels, as they spin in a clockwise direction. These seven Chakras are fixed in the central spinal column. Each chakra represents a color and often a symbol. When balancing the Chakras, one is also balancing the issues in their lives connected with each Chakra.

Second Chakra - Sacral or Spleen is connected with: “I Feel….” 

Third Chakra - Solar Plexus is connected with: “I can….”

Fourth Chakra - Heart is connected with:   “I love…..”

Fifth Chakra - Throat is connected with: “I speak….”
