Hoop Dance Yoga

Hula hooping, dance and yoga combine to bring you this new type of yoga with Angie Wilson from Universal Spirit Yoga. Together they emphasize total body awareness, fluid body mobility and core strength as well as increase coordination, confidence and creativity. This playful class encourages Kids to move with and through the hoop while they explore the connection between dance and yoga as a way to align, awaken and ground their bodies.  Hoop Dance Yoga unites the breath with dynamic movement and is nothing short of pure laughter and fun!  Professional weighted hoops available for purchase at class. You may bring your own weighted hoop for approval by instructor.
